Hello everyone! Spring is quickly approaching and I have been busier than ever! Between my 9-5 job, Instagram, and YouTube, I am realizing that it’s been a little silent over here on the blog for a few weeks. I figured a quick update was in order.

Home

We are currently in the beginning stages of our home remodel (so excited!) so I have been very busy on Pinterest lately saving inspiration for textiles, furniture, and layout changes. I’m also looking forward to gardening and getting out in the sun more now that it’s warming up here in Virginia. I’ll be heading to my local garden center this weekend to stock up on annual flowers, as well as seeds for the season ahead. Are you gardening this spring and summer?

In case you missed it, I posted my first Vlog on YouTube last Saturday. My vlogging skills are definitely a work in progress (I have a new level of appreciation for anyone who can comfortably get behind a camera and talk now!), but I am very excited for this new adventure. I’d love your feedback and any recommendations for topics/places you’d like me to cover over on my YouTube channel.

Spring Cleaning

Is there anything more energizing than a spring cleaning? I’ve been busy sorting out my wardrobe and home for the season ahead. It’s hard to believe that Daylight Savings is just around the corner, but I can’t wait for longer days, warmer dog walks, and glasses of rosé in the sun.

Wardrobe Refresh

I’ve been slowly breaking out my floral print dresses and lighter knitwear over the past few weeks and have been slowly packing away my heavy wool trench coats and cashmere dresses. I also had a photoshoot last weekend in Middleburg where I captured several of my favorite spring outfits. I can’t wait to share those pictures with you in the coming days and weeks!
